HR Manager - Regional (London & South) £40-50,000 + car + benefits This leading Business Services company now requires an experienced and commercially focused regional HR Manager to provide comprehensive support to the South-East region of a busy and expanding division. Reporting to the divisional HR Director, your role will be to provide proactive operational support and advice and requires an HR Manager with generalist background and strong ER focus gained in a multi-site, service organisation. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a solid understanding and practical experience of managing a broad range of employee relations and employment law issues, performance management, training and development, recruitment and succession planning and TUPE processes. If you are a strong partner for business, a hands-on person who likes to support a commercially driven and changing business environment and an outstanding generalist with experience in the technical areas above then this could be the role for you. Please note that this role will require regional travel throughout the South-East and would ideally suit applicants based within commutable distance of South West London.
