The Role:
Maintaining good HR practice with a varied client portfolio is the roles central requirement, as well as pioneering new methods were the original practice is inefficient. The role has a corporate focus within a progressive working atmosphere. Key responsibilities include:
•Liaising with Directors and line managers.
•Employee relations and resolving grievances
•Internal Recruitment
•Talent spotting and development
•Managing a large HR team.
Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate should have four years relevant HR management experience, as well as a high level of corporate awareness obtained at a blue chip firm. Fully CIPD qualified candidates, or equivalent, are preferred. Other necessary skills include:
•Excellent interpersonal skills – with clients and staff.
•Effective organisational abilities
•Efficient problem resolution techniques
