Job Description

NHS Client requires an experienced HR Generalist, (initially short term) to provide a comprehensive and responsive range of high quality HR services to a designated client base across the Trust.

Taking a Business Partner approach you will work in an autonomous role developing excellent relationships with Line Managers and Directors. Taking on a partnership approach you will deliver best practice solutions to a range of HR matters including: local employee relations matters and complex cases work, change management, redundancy and redeployment, job evaluation and recruitment and retention.

To be successful in this role you will ideally be CIPD qualified with strong employment law knowledge and a proven track record in providing customer focused HR solutions to clients.

This is initially a short term assignment for 4 - 6 weeks although longer term opportunities are likely be available.
