One of London's Universities are looking for an ER Manager to work on a part-time basis
Based in the HR team's centre of excellence', and reporting into the Head of Employee Relations, this ER Manager will be responsible for providing a ER service to the entire University population.
Responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the employee relations expert advising HR Business Partners and Senior Managers alike
- Managing complex employee relations casework in a heavily unionised environment including drafting ET1 responses to tribunal claims and negotiating compromise agreements where appropriate.
- Developing and amending policies and procedures in a pro-active nature.
This is a fantastic opportunity for any HR Generalist or ER Advisor/Manager who is looking for a challenging role working on a part-time basis. In addition to a broad generalist HR background which will include extensive end-to-end complex case management experience, the successful applicant will require exceptional relationship building and relationship management skills.
Higher Education experience would be preferred but not essential.
