This role presents the opportunity to join a well recognised cruise line company as an ER Manager. This market leader, based in Southampton is now looking to continue to develop its ER team. As ER manager, you will be accountable for advising and guiding employees on HR polices and procedures and be the first port of call for all ER issues.
