This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader and be part of a highly successful Employee Relations team. As an Employee Relations Advisor you will be accountable for advising and guiding employees on HR polices and procedures and be the first port of call for all ER issues. The ideal candidate would have solid ER experience with the ability to influence at senior management level and build rapport over the phone. You will be managing a team of Assistants therefore previous line management experience would be an advantage.
