INTERIM HR MANAGER
(1 year contract)
HEAD OFFICE. EAST KNOYLE (WILTSHIRE)
Circa £35K per annum plus additional benefits
We are seeking to recruit an experienced HR professional to provide maternity cover for the Human Resources Manager within this exciting charity. We are looking for the successful candidate to start on 2 January 2009.
You will ensure the delivery of the Human Resources Strategy and lead the HR team in providing a high quality HR service. You will be closely involved with HR issues at all levels, providing sound advice to managers across the charity. You will also be required to work strategically with senior and executive managers on key organisational development projects.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or hold an equivalent qualification. You will have a solid generalist background with strong employee relations and project management skills. You will have experience of working in a senior role supporting senior managers in organisational development. You will have up to date knowledge of employment legislation and experience of dealing with complex employee relation cases.
As this is an interim post, you will demonstrate confidence in your own abilities, quickly build effective relationships and ensure the delivery of key projects.
