Working for the fastest growing organisation of its kind, this is a real opportunity for an experienced and passionate HR professional to continue to drive this leading organisation forward.
You will assist in the provision of Support Services, in providing accurate and practical advice and assistance to line managers on all ER processes including – Disciplinary, Grievance, Performance, Absence and Redundancy. You will have experience in providing pragmatic solutions to complex HR and employment law issues, and ensure world-class customer service is maintained by meeting SLA requirements.
The successful candidate will be Grad CIPD or HR degree qualified with extensive experience as a HR/ER Advisor and is fully conversant with current employment law. You will need to be organised and have strong time management skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to advise managers on all employee related and employment law issues.
