HR Business Partner, Hertfordshire
£70,000 plus car allowance, bonus and benefits
A superb opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Business Partner with a solid generalist background particularly in Employee Relations to join a fast moving, customer facing retail business where HR acts as a true business partner within senior management.
The key purpose of the role is to provide both strategic and practical HR direction to a business undergoing massive transformation. Partnering with a significantly large client group, you will be instrumental in developing relationships with the business and delivery proactive HR solutions to a wide range of employee relations, performance and talent development issues.
Ideally, you will have operated within a shared service and be used to managing projects that impact the group as a whole. Experience of working within a customer focused business to drive through a strong people agenda is key, ideally within a unionised environment.
