The key aspects of the role are:
- to provide H.R. advice on all strategic employee relations and change management issues.
- To lead the development of integrated employee relations and change management processes to support the achievement of the organisation's corporate objectives and H.R. strategy.
- To monitor the effectiveness of change management interventions and programmes, assuring the quality of processes, as necessary.
You will have an excellent track record in employee relations as well as being able to demonstrate some experience of change management initiatives.
The role is for 3 months in the first instance and requires someone who can start immediately.
