Our client, one of the UK's manufacturing leaders are continuing to see growth and development throughout the Group. They are now seeking to recruit an experienced HR Manager who will sit within the Senior Management team and assist them shape the business moving forward. Your role will be varied and challenging but will also offer scope for personal development and achievement.

The role will be both operational and strategic to include: managing and delivering change, negotiations with Unions, deal with day to day employee relations, management of recruitment, training and development, review and implementation of policies and procedures to aid continuous improvement and ad-hoc project work.

The successful person will be a confident CIPD qualified HR Manager with proven operational experience within a multi-site manufacturing operation. You will also be focused and be driven by results and success.
