DEPUTY HR MANAGER, c£45- 60K, LONDON
The Company:
Our Client has been a leader in the design of drilling facilities for offshore platforms worldwide for over 30 years, with offices in London, Aberdeen and Norway. They are currently looking to recruit a Deputy HR Manager for their London operations.
The Role:
You will provide expert advice to senior management on Human Resources matters and will work closely with all levels of management to identify engineering and project staffing requirements, as well as dealing with employee relations issues including performance management and implementation of the Company’s Performance Appraisal system. Further key responsibilities include the development and implementation of manpower strategies, reviews of industry specific compensation and benefits and assisting in the selection, management and audit of third party manpower suppliers.
The Person:
An accomplished HR generalist you will have a proven track record of working at a senior level in an engineering environment preferably in the design and contracting sector of the oil and gas industry. Ideally of graduate calibre or equivalent and preferably CIPD qualified you will be highly focused with a strong work ethic and a desire to deliver results. Working closely with senior management you will possess instant credibility and have excellent communication and influencing skills.
