ER Manager required to manage and develop our clients dedicated Employee Relations team, to ensure the provision of a customer focused and professional HR service in relation to all ER issues. The post holder will provide advice and guidance on ER as required to managers and staff on issues such as conditions of service, grievance, discipline, performance and sickness absence, ensuring the fair and consistent application of policy. The ER Manager will also manage the ET caseload.
Applicants will be CIPD qualified or have equivalent technical experience, will have extensive generalist HR experience ideally within an ER focussed position, if not have gained extensive experience of employee relations and managed complex cases. The post holder will continually maintain partnerships with staff associations and unions and lead on negotiations. Our client is a large and high profile public services organisation.
