Huxley Associates are a leading specialist within the HR, Accountancy and ICT Markets. We are currently shortlisting candidates for immediate interview within a leading city law firm. They require an Employee Relations Manager to provide management and employees with advisory support on legal and company policy issues. This will include coaching and performance management within key areas of the business.
The incumbent will have experience of employee relations either from a HR Generalist or specific Employee Relations perspective, substantial knowledge of current employment law and the ability to interpret and advise on its practical application. For the relevant candidate this is a fantastic opportunity to enter into a professional services organisation with excellent opportunities for personal development.
