We are currently now shortlisting candidates an exceptional opportunity within an international law firm based in London. Due to changes in business structure they require a Head of Employee Relations to restructure and harmonise employee relations department in line with strategy and the overall objectives of the organisation.
Experience restructuring and growing a department is essential, preferably from within a professional service organisation. You will need to demonstrate the ability to lead a team and be confident coaching your team on specific ER issues.
