An excellent opportunity for a Proven HR Advisor to join one of the UK's largest retailer. Through a centralised HR support for over 30 regions the HR Advisor will strive to improve performance of the business through effective HR processes and practices.
The main duties of the role include being the first point of contact on all employee relations issues, policies and procedures. The successful candidate will provide advice to the regional general manager population, supporting them with any performance or misconduct concerns and informing them with up to date knowledge of company employment policy and current legislation.
This role involves a significant amount of disciplinary and grievance cases and candidates must have prior exposure to high volume caseloads. The HR Advisor will also have the fantastic opportunity to work on ad-hoc projects as determined by business objectives to support the current Retail and HR Business Plans.
Of graduate calibre, it is essential that the HR Advisor is from a retail or similar background, and can thrive in a fast paced and challenging role. The HR Advisor will also be confident and personable with the ability to liaise up to senior level.
