Fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a globally recognised, mid-tier Investment Bank based in the City of London. As part of the HR Relationship Management team you will work closely alongside the business unit on all hand-on and strategic HR. This is an exciting time to join this prestigious investment bank where the HR team is professional, hard-working and up to date with current working HR practices. This truly is a unique time to join such a forward-thinking department managing the client relationships for c.260 within a team of four, you will have management responsibility of one. Candidates MUST have solid employment law knowledge, recruitment experience (with a bias to competency-based interviews and managing PSLs), experience working within a past-paced corporate team and be fully/part CIPD certified.
