My client is a local government organisation based in London.
There's a requirement for a HR Business Partner for up to 1 year. The ideal candidate will be CIPD quailfied and with previous experience of working within such a capacity.
You will need to be somewhat of a Generalist and therefore possess good ER skills, have casework management experience and Change Management experience. Previous experience of working within a unionised environment would also be advantageous.
Interviews will be held late this week and early next week with a provisional start date of Monday 19th May 2008.
