This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading telecommunications retailer and be part of a highly established ER division. As a HR/ER Advisor you will be the first point of contact for all ER issues up to middle management level and you will be responsible for advising and supporting the management team on policies and procedures. You will also be managing a high volume of ER cases and you will be involved in leading disciplinaries and investigations for the retail division. You will be liaising very closely with the ER consultants and the senior management team therefore you must have the ability to demonstrate communication at all levels and work in a fast paced retail environment. The suitable candidate would already be working at advisory level from a retail background with ER experience and confidence in handling all misconduct issues, long term sick and simple grievances. If you have the ability to build relationships at all levels and possess a good understanding of employment law and current legislation then this could be the role for you.
