This exciting international organisation seeks an experienced HR Professional to join their fast paced and dynamic team. Your duties will be varied, encompassing all aspects of HR. However there will be a strong focus on Learning and Development. It will be your responsibility to do drive projects and communicate across the business. You must have a flexible work approach as you will be expected to assist the HR Manager in various adhoc tasks.
You will have a strong background in HR and be well networked in the Learning and Development space having excellent knowledge of Best Practise and policy and procedure. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional, with the ability to think creatively and work autonomously.
