A superb opportunity for a solid generalist to join a successful medium sized, highly profitable, trading house in Mayfair, London. This is a stand alone HR Manager role that will offer autonomy and a positive working environment. Areas of responsibility include employee relations, employee resourcing, compensation and benefits, office management, health and safety and general administration.
This role will allow you to extend your skill sets as a HR Manager. All areas of HR are covered and you will be given the chance to become involved with other projects. There are also five direct reports of facilities staff.
This will suit individuals who are comfortable working in an unstructured environment. Candidates will ideally have experience of a stand alone role and must be at HR Manager level.
