Recruitment and
Selection Coordinator

£32,748 p.a.
You will actively oversee our Recruitment and Selection Unit,
ensuring it operates to the highest pastoral and professional
standards. This will include managing your team of three to work
collaboratively within the Development and Personnel area and
across the Church as a whole.
Educated to at least degree level, you will hold qualifications in
either HR or theological disciplines. Recent experience within
generalist HR work, vocational guidance and data management
will all be advantageous. In addition, you will have an
understanding of our work and mission, a good grasp of
employment law and be able to build relationships with people from
diverse backgrounds within and outside the Methodist Church.
