My clients, a FTSE 250 listed consultancy with ambitious growth plans, are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join the team.
Managing a team of HR Advisors on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that all business objectives and work practices are met and followed
Managing people activities including the delivery of appraisals, training & development, and building on succession planning
Actively supporting the HR Shared Services Manager in providing an effective and professional HR service.
Launching new and revised policies and procedures via management presentations and effectively project manage an agreed timetable for their implementation
The delivery of advice and consultancy to the business with all HR related matters, including organisational change and employment law
Supporting the business with performance issues, including attendance at disciplinary and grievance hearings
