HR Advisor/Employee Relations/Merseyside/ 6 months interim
Interim HR Advisor immediately required for large Merseyside based retail organisation to cover maternity leave. Whilst this is a generalist role there is a heavy emphasis on employee relations and the successful candidate must be fully confident in the disciplinary and grievance procedure and able to give several examples of where they have actively led and supported management through the process to a successful outcome. Working as part of the HR team the successful candidate will be a self starter and be able to demonstrate experience of high volume casework.
