We are delighted to be acting on behalf of a renowned, multi national organisation who are seeking to recruit an experienced and confident HR Case Manager to work in the North East of England.
The role involves the delivery of an employee relations service within the region, achieving business objectives and minimising risk and exposure. The forming of excellent relationships with Business Partners is key to the role as this will allow business focused ER decisions to be made.
Specifically, duties of the position will include:
The ideal candidate should be able to hit the ground running in the role and have a proven track record of working in a dynamic, fast paced environment. They should be comfortable working with people at all levels of an organisation and it would be advantageous if the candidate had some experience of managing helpdesks.
