Job Description

Our client, a world leader, are seeking to recruit an Interim HR Manager to support them during a period of restructure. The successful person will be a "hands on" HR Manager with the ability to work in a fast paced, heavily unionised manufacturing environment. Change management, re-structure, negotiation with Unions and providing generalist support are just some of the areas you will be involved in. The successful person must have previous manufacturing experience within a unionised environment and have excellent employee relations experience as well as being CIPD qualified. He or she must also have proven operational HR experience with the ability to work in a fast moving manufacturing business. Immediate start is available.
