The intention of this role is to provide a full and comprehensive HR support and advice service to the business, working closely with line managers and the wider HR team.
You will be responsible for advising line managers on all aspects of employment law and employee relations, including advice on issues including disciplinary up to dismissal, grievance, managing appeals, absence and performance management. It is also a key element of the role to coach line managers to enable them to manage casework and investigations themselves.
This is a demanding role that will offer the right candidate the opportunity to strengthen their employee relations experience, and a chance to make a difference in a large and diverse organisation.
