HR Regional Business Partner – South of England - up to £35,000 plus car allowance and benefits – Ref 5845
This is an exciting time for our client. Their passion for growth is clearly reflected in the company's ongoing plans to expand in the UK. In order to grow and develop the business they need to attract, retain and develop great people. As a result of these plans, they are currently looking to recruit a Regional HR Business Partner to provide proactive and commercial employee relations advice and people development support.
This is a newly created home/field based role working across the South of the country. They are looking to adopt a highly proactive approach to HR. Working with the managers across the business you will take a Business Management approach supporting the line in a highly commercial environment. You will need a full driving licence and be prepared to travel in the UK.
To succeed in this role, you will be analytical, approachable, commercially focused and flexible. You should have your CIPD or equivalent qualification, and have experience in a similar role with training writing and delivery. In return they will offer a salary of up to £35,000 plus car allowance, annual bonus, expenses and 25 days holiday.
