Due to a number of recent changes we are looking to recruit for an Employee Relations Specialist for a business services company based in Uxbridge. Focussed exclusively on the resolution of a number of ER Cases you will be expected to be proactive and resourceful enough to act autonomously. It is essential that you have worked in a fast paced environment and have dealt with high volumes of ER cases. Ideally you will have a private sector background with exposure to dismissals and negotiations.
This role has the potential to turn into a permanent position due to the large amount of change ongoing at this organisation. In the first instance is an interim position and it is essential that you are available immediately.
