Sophisticated Employee Relations and Employee Engagement are critical to maximising individual and team performance; to delivering commercial success and to sustain transformational change. This critical role within Group ER, influencing and supporting senior business and HR leaders, offers a rare career defining opportunity. You will join a truly global group, operating in over 100 countries, with a family of world class brands that are recognised and respected internationally.
Reporting to the Director of Employee Relations, the role will move beyond traditional ER advisory, compliance and analytical work to a proactive and strategic focus on the employment relationship as a whole, ultimately creating and driving competitive advantage through world class ER strategies, practices and people metrics. The role will continually grow and evolve as initiatives are embedded and the business benefits are realised.
With a passion for ER and expertise in UK ER policy and practice, gained as an HR generalist or an ER specialist, you will also have developed a strong sense of the potential to manage ER strategically and impact employee and business performance. Your high level of credibility, gravitas, integrity and proven networking skills will enable you to partner effectively with business teams. Your track record applying modern approaches to ER in large, sophisticated and changing businesses is essential. An understanding of delivering ER plans internationally and labour relations would also be beneficial.
This career move offers you a foothold into one of the world's most prestigious businesses and an opportunity to enhance your expertise and professional profile.
