Job Description
You will work closely with General Managers to drive consistency in employee relations across the group.
Your main responsibilities will involve:-
• Providing support and HR Advice on the employee relations helpdesk; building relationships with Line Managers to ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently across the organisation.
• Assisting with the provision of employment law advice and liaising with solicitors where appropriate.
• Supporting the management team with Employment Tribunal claims, ensuring records are maintained, gathering evidence and assessing the case to calculate the risk.
• Updating employee relation's workshops, designed to educate Managers on employment legislation.
• Managing administration for own workload and keeping up to date records.
You should be of graduate calibre with some initialexperience in Human Resources, ideally in employee relations. Good administrative skills need to be combined with excellent communication skills. A real desire to progress your HR career is essential.
