Our client – a global player in their field has an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused HR Manager to join a proactive and progressive HR team within an extremely fast paced environment.
Due to extensive change, and re-organisation, this international business is looking for a commercially minded HR generalist to add to their HR team, working across multi-sites in the South East.
Your remit will be to drive change initiatives across five sites including manufacturing and retail operations, maintenance and facilities management. The business is re-structuring across their 3 key sites and the business is experiencing substantial change and therefore, our client is requiring a high level of influencing at a senior business and trade union level. Based within the South East you will experience broad operational exposure to challenges relating to outsourcing, restructure, complex employee relations, reward and development and TUPE. A fantastic opportunity to consolidate your existing experience gained within a highly complex and commercial environment, working and presenting at a senior level of the organisation. This role will be field based for three days a week, with 2 days based in the Sunbury office.
