Reporting into the HR Director and working as part of the UK Senior Management team you will focus on creating and developing the strategic management of the two Key Stakeholder Unions. You will be involved in implementing Employment Policy, Industrial Relations Strategy and Pay Strategy in a highly unionised environment so credibility, communication and influencing skills are essential. The role will support the business through its next phase of growth and strategic ambitions. Key responsibilities will include planning and leading negotiations with trade unions.
You will be a forward thinking, pragmatic HR professional with a proven track record in Industrial Relations and HR Policy. Ideally of graduate calibre with a related professional qualification. You will have the ability and sensitivity to appreciate the established key stakeholder relationships that exist, ensuring a smooth transition into your new role. You will be joining a large employer where there are great career prospects within this business unit and the group.
