Job Description

Reporting into the HR Director this role covers aspects of the following
Pay strategy for union represented grades and the conduct negotiations
Responsible for strategic management of the relationship with the Unions
Assessing and delivering the IR strategy to the organisations
Influencing at board level and being part of the senior man agent team
Developing employment policies within the group
Ensuring the Business strategy is aligned to employee and industrial relations
Work with other leaders effectively in the group Senior HR professional with a track record of working in a large matrix organisation delivering change. Senior knowledge of Employee Relations, Industrial Relations and Employment policy development. Extensive exposure to working with the board. Excellent career prospects.
