A well respected organisation based in Stoke is looking to recruit a HR Advisor for 6 months to cover a sickness within the team at a particularly busy time. Whilst this is all they can guarantee at present there is the possibility of an extension for the right candidate. Please note it is essential for this role that candidates have worked previously within the NHS. The ideal candidate will have a range of generalist HR experience including in particular handling discuplinary and grievance and sickness/absence monitoring. Experience of employee relations, recruitment and complex queries would also be essential for the successful candidate. Knowledge of HR projects such as appraisal introduction and change management would also be beneficial.
