HR ADVISOR, WOLVERHAMPTON, £28,000 to £32,000 plus car and benefits
An international manufacturing group are recruiting a HR Advisor to join one of its key business areas. As HR Advisor you will cover the all the UK sites, covering the operational areas of HR. You will be working directly with the HR Manager demonstrating a solid hr generalist background. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Advisor to broaden their skills and be more involved in the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
To be the first point of contact for all matters in the implementation of HR policies and practises in support of the business's objectives.
To maintain close working relationship with other members of the HR team to ensure high quality service delivery to staff.
To provide staff and managers with advice on HR management issues, including terms and conditions, grievance, discipline, employment law, general statutory requirements such as Work Permits, Codes of Practice
It is essential that you have generalist hr experience including industrial and employee relations, employment law and policy development; as well as the ability to quickly build positive working relationships. You must be confident and proactive looking to develop your career, and it is crucial that you are happy to travel and have a driving licence.
