Human Resources and Training Manager, Birmingham, Circa £31,000
Our client a large employer in Birmingham is currently recruiting a HR Manager to join its established HR team; to progress the strategic imperatives of the business providing an excellent HR service to internal and external clients. As training manager you will be focused on providing training and development a corporate level.
Key responsibilities:
To plan, develop and implement the corporate strategy communicating with key individuals at all levels
To implement HR solutions in client areas and measure their success, reporting your findings to directors and analysing these against set targets
To review and evaluate current policies and procedures, maintain excellent employee relations and keep up to date with changes in employment legislation
To design and implement training and mentoring schemes, delivering these to internal customers
To manage and execute the monthly payroll
It is essential that as a HR Manager you have demonstrated the ability to build rapport and credibility with colleagues throughout the business. Experience of employee relations, training, budget management and excellent IT skills are crucial.
