INTERIM HR CONSULTANT, NHS, WEST MIDLANDS - £14 -£15 per hour
Our NHS client is a leading Trust based in the West Midlands that is restructuring its HR department and going through a process of change. This NHS trust provide care for in excess of 250,000 people in the local area, the staff that work for it are there to make a difference and drive their service forward.
As HR Consultant you will be responsible for developing and implementing the corporate business goals, vision and values by working closely with staff members to ensure strong employee relations, hr policy and procedures are in day to day working practice and that you provide an excellent consultative service to your customers.
As HR Consultant your main focus will be leading a team of hr advisors, managing casework, managing hr project work, and providing a support service to the trust across a range of employee relations including grievance, disciplinaries and liaison with trade unions.
