Job Responsibilities:
•To advise on disciplinary, appeal and grievance situations and compile bespoke letters.
•To support with the development of procedures, policy guidance notes, and standard letters and liaise with the training department on the implementation of related training programmes.
•To supervise the Employee Relations Administrators on issuing surrounding representation, solicitorial intervention and outcome letters.
•To supervise the day-to-day administration of employment tribunal cases for the Company. This includes allocating the appropriate resources to deal with cases effectively, liaising with witnesses and solicitors.
•To provide information to Personnel colleagues on changes in employment law by utilising and maintaining an up to date reference library.
•To provide advice, support and input into wage negotiations, working parties and other collective matters.
•To research trade union legislation.
•To schedule JCC meetings Company wide.
•To oversee collation of agenda
•To research and undertake project work as required.
•Comply with Company policy in relation to health and safety, security and confidentiality.
