Job Title: Senior HR Generalist Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 + Excellent Benefits Location: Nottingham Job Ref: 019883/CD The Background A leading blue chip organisation with an outstanding reputation for quality and service seeks an experienced ER advisor to provide support and guidance to line managers. Working as part of a dedicated team the successful person will be offered excellent career development in a fast paced, positive working environment. The Role As the main point of contact servicing a range of queries, you will be adept in delivering advice on company policy, processes and procedures, across diverse areas of the business. Ensuring SLAs adhered to at all times, enabled utilising a range of systems. You will support line managers adopting a consultative and coaching style whilst ensuring data protection and employment law is complied with at all times, allowing for case management completion. Alongside assisting in HR company projects. The Person You will have experience within a fast paced, dynamic environment allowing you to hit the ground running; You will be a career-minded, confident HR professional, ideally CIPD qualified or working towards, you will be an effective communicator with a customer-orientated approach.
