Background
Well established leading UK consultancy services organisation are currently seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic Personnel Field Consultant to identify, recommend and implement service development initiatives.
Role
You will be responsible for meeting with clients to create personnel documentation to meet their needs, in accordance with the organisations policies and procedures. You will also liaise with Duty consultants and deal with their queries whilst ensuring deadlines and targets are met.
Home based, the role will involve travel around the Berkshire and Hertfordshire areas, as you will have to visit clients on their premises.
Person
You will have extensive experience in personnel and the preparation of contractual employment documentation and be fully conversant with current employment law. You will need to be organised and have strong time management skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to build client relationships in order to strengthen the company’s service
