My client is a professional establishement. Currently they seek a HR Advisor who will act as a lead in the promotion and development of excellent working relations with trade union to ensure that information sharing, consultation and negotiations are managed positively for my client.
You will have ample knowledge and Employee Relations and UK Employment Law
Full CIPD qualification (Membership preferred)
Degree level academic qualification
Experience of HR policy development and managing
Ample Experience within HR
