My client is a mulitnational professional organisation based in the city of London with headquarters in the United States. Due to continued global expansion my client requires a HR professional who will go in and hit the ground running.
You will have previously worked for a mulinational organisation. A truly generalist role means you will need to take responsibility for work permits, employment law, transfers between global locations, expat reporting, review existing company benefits benefits package. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work under pressure and in teh absence of the HR Director who is often visiting other locations globally.
You will be fully CIPD qualified and ideally fully compensate with MS packages and Oracle(desirable)
