HR CASE MANAGER, DARLINGTON, 6 MONTH CONTRACT, £35,000 to £38,000 plus Car
Our client a blue chip organisation based in Darlington currently are recruiting for a maternity cover contract within their case management team. As a HR Case Manager you will be required to deliver an employee relations service ensuring that that you deliver business objectives and minimise company risk. The case management team support over 10,000 employees UK wide and you will be required to travel regularly to assist middle managers.
Key requirements:
To manage escalated cases from contact centre advisors regarding disciplinaries and grievances through applying attention to detail throughout investigation and hearing stages
To audit case work and ensure detailed notes and company procedure is followed.
Up-skilling and coaching line managers to be accountable for their own employee relations issues.
Working in team of 8 other case mangers who spread out throughout the UK reporting to Senior HR Case manager
A strong employee relations background is essential, coupled with strength of character and hands on attitude. This is an ideal opportunity for a hr generalist to gain 6 months specialist experience in employee relations. To qualify for this vacancy you must have previous employee relations experience and be CIPD qualified.
