Employee Relations - Advisor
A leading fmcg company which dominates in it's market sector is looking to add an ER specialist to it's team. A large and growing company they are looking to add a HR Advisor to their team. They are particularly looking for professionals who have considerable experience managing TUPE transfers and Redundancies.
Responsibilities of the role will include providing advice on matters such as sickness absence, TUPE transfers, redundancies, disciplinaries and grievances and other Employees Relations matters.
