With a reputation for high quality products and services and continued growth and development plans for the future, this household company name employing several thousand employees across numerous sites within the UK, is currently seeking to recruit an experienced ER specialist to provide maternity cover for work within its HR Shared Service Centre.
Responsibilities
Providing high quality, consistent advisory service to managers via a HR service centre model and in line with SLAs to enable them to manage people in a way that creates and drive a high performance cultures.
Participating in the improvement of the ER advice and caseload delivery process and transformation you will be responsible for providing an expert advisory service ensuring you provide a high quality specialist service to resolve complex problems and issues to facilitate the effective operation of the business area.
The Person
The successful candidate will provide HR advice at the highest level and therefore need to have in-depth knowledge of current UK employment legislation and be adept at handling complex ER issues. Ideally CIPD qualified you will have experience of advising over the telephone, together with the ability to think quickly, work to tight deadlines whilst upholding excellent levels of service. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, detail-focused individual with a solutions based approach to complex issues, who is seeking a challenging career within a fast-paced, successful organisation where the opportunities for career development are very real.
