Regional HR Advisor/ Officer/ Assistant/ Manager/ Human Resources
Salary circa £33,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on skills)

Our client is the world's largest manufacturer and maintainer of people-moving products including lifts, escalators and trav-o-lators®.
They are currently looking for a Regional HR Advisor with broad generalist experience for their Midlands and South West area. This is an excellent opportunity to make your mark on their ever-changing business.
Within this role you will be responsible for partnering with the leaders in your area to deliver business focused solution in support of their performance culture. You will coach and advise managers using your expert knowledge of employment law, compensation and benefits, recruitment, learning and development.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience within an HR generalist role, ideally educated to CIPD level or equivalent with basic knowledge of multi site operations. You should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with good interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to deliver advice with confidence. Due to the nature of this role a full UK driving licence will be essential.
