HR Business Partner Performance Management, Employee Relations Focus
Two HR Business Partner level ideally with a strong Employee Relations (ER) or/and Performance Management (PM) background are required to start in a 6 month fixed term contract for a telecommunications company based in London.
Supporting the Senior HRBP, your aim will be to drive the performance management agenda through the provision of expert advice and support to both line managers and the greater HR community.
The successful applicant must have background in: - management of complex grievance, disciplinary and performance issues; - a foundation knowledge in employee relations, performance management and generalist HR.
Key Accountabilities for the role are:
Provide expert advice on poor performance issues;
Coach line managers on the resolution of performance issues using both informal and formal methods;
Assist HR Business Partners in the identification and resolution of complex cases;
Drive forward a culture of honest conversations and performance feedback through line manager coaching;
Use agreed metrics and templates to track progress;
Feedback into the business, develop and share best practice with the aim of process improvement
You must be able to demonstrate consultative skills and experience gained within a professional services or large scale FTSE 100 or equivalent organization. Candidates will need strong communication skills and a commercial outlook and the ability to influence with the aim of driving this agenda across and throughout the company.
