ARE YOU A JUNIOR ER SPECIALISTS OR HR ADVISORS LOOKING TO MOVE INTO ER ???

My client, a successful mid-tier investment bank, currently expanding within the EMEA region is looking to grow their employee relations (ER) team by adding an employee relations specialist at their London office.

This is a very exciting opportunity for junior ER specialists or HR advisors, whose main focus is ER, working within the financial or professional services or for a large "blue-chip" organisation.

The successful candidate will:

Be involved in the processes of overseeing the openings of new offices around the region;
Provide support to the senior level management; liase with clients across the business;
Aid the business where required;
Assist in the knowledge sharing strategy and ensuring that adequate support is being provided for the provision of risks within the business.
Contribute in the processes of performance management, disciplinaries and grievances.
