Job Description

EMEA Employee Relations Senior Manager High Profile

Our client is a leading international bank looking to hire a Senior ER Manager on a permanent basis. This is a high profile position where the successful applicant will be a key player within the ER team covering EMEA.

Working closely with EMEA business heads, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Business Relationship Management for business groups and specific countries throughout EMEA and working on their strategy, delivery and challenges to meet business needs
Be the EMEA ER lead for New Country Set Ups, establish employment structure

Help ensure risks are managed by ER issues (performance management, disciplinarians, grievances etc)

Advice on policy interpretation, aid business on absence management / long term sick
EMEA EEO Representative
Work closely with the Global ER Head to implement a global staff liaison support function

Applicants ideally will have knowledge in local legislation and practice and associated policies in several countries across the EMEA region and have experience working directly with the business, not just dealing with HR stakeholders.

Prior financial services or professional services experience will prove advantageous.
